What our clients have to say about Brother Bear
"Aleksandra has been an outstanding support for my brother with his disability and his diabetes. She is patient and has a strong personality, and from my own experience I can attest she has what it takes to persevere with people with mental health issues. In my 2 years involvement with 2 NDIS plans, I have not come across any other person who can do as good a job as her. Now my brother moved to Bendigo and Aleks organized a support worker Mel, who is experienced in mental health and with a Can Do attitude she even changes his dressings."
"James, the support worker from Brother Bear Support, who has been working with my son, has been an absolute angel, providing exceptional care and support for my son who has Autism.
From the moment he started working with us, he has taken the time to get to know my son, his unique needs, and preferences, and has tailored his approach to provide him with the best possible care. Patience, kindness, and professionalism. James is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my son's needs are met, and he does so with a smile on his face and a positive attitude."
"Such a genuinely caring company. I’m so grateful for the help and kindness shown to me. Alex is all I need…& more. Thank you thank you thank you".
"We have been supported by Brother Bear Support Services for over a year now, I cannot speak highly enough of their services. As the parent of a child with a disability, I have found their support to be invaluable in navigating the complex world of disability services. Our SC Aleksandra and her team have been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. They take the time to listen to our needs, understand our unique situation, and provide tailored support that meets our specific requirements. Thanks to their support, we have been able to access a wide range of services and supports that have made a significant difference in our child's life".
"My son's OT, Monique is just amazing, she is bubbly, always smiling, very helpful and knowledgeable with her approach. She knows how to work with my son to achieve best possible outcome and help him grow and bloom. Even when he had some issues at school, she didn't hesitate to drive and visit the school and give some guidance to the teacher. Thank you, Monique and Brother Bear! "
