We provide our support services for people of all ages. We collaborate with you and your family to develop and implement personalised support plans that assist with independent living. Whether it's working on improving social skills, creating opportunities or accessing the right therapy services, we're here to help you overcome challenges and thrive.
Assistance with Daily Living is all about helping you or your loved one to live life to the fullest. It covers things like showering, grooming, dressing, preparing meals, and housekeeping - all the little things that make a big difference in your day-to-day life. You will feel more confident and independent, knowing that you have the assistance you need to live life and feel great.
Household Tasks is an NDIS support category that covers assistance with tasks around the home, such as cleaning, laundry, shopping and meal preparation. The aim of this category is to help you maintain a clean and safe living environment, and build your own skills in managing your home.
Community Participation and Group Activities is a category that aim to help you to participate in social and recreational activities, sporting events and community groups. We help you build social connections, learn new skills and achieve personal goals. You'll enjoy a greater sense of community involvement and enhance your quality of your life.
Our Allied Health Assistance (AHA) service makes therapy more accessible and affordable. Working under the guidance of speech pathologists (SP) and occupational therapists (OT), our experienced therapy assistant provides support tailored to each person’s therapy plan. This service is ideal for those who need ongoing therapy but may not require a senior therapist at every session.
By incorporating therapy assistants into care, we help people get more out of their NDIS funding while continuing to work towards their goals.
Daily Living Skills is an NDIS capacity building category that aims to help people build skills and independence in everyday activities. This category covers support and training in areas such as personal care, meal preparation, household management and budgeting. Our support and guidance helps you to manage everyday tasks with greater ease and confidence. You'll feel more empowered to take control of your daily routines and achieve greater independence.
Community Nursing is an NDIS support category that allows for nursing care to people living with disability in their own home or shared accommodation. Our qualified nurses deliver personalised care, including wound management, medication administration, continence management, PEG feeding and chronic disease management.
